I have had a great experience with Aspen Denial. I found everyone there really nice. I recently have had a baby and I am now on FMLA, which means I do not have an income for the next 6 plus weeks. When i got my Aspen Dental bill it said I had a week until the due date which I could not pay right now. So I called them up and told them my situation and they extended my do date on my bill plus they are letting me make multiple payments so I don't have to cover the bill all at once. If you value your mouth and your bank account, do not trust them with this company. They have left their clients high and dry in Klamath Falls without honoring their contracts or refunds for not honoring those contracts...they have left me before making my permanent teeth and want their temporaries back before they will refund my money, after they broke the contract. Anywhere would have to be better than this corporation, they do not care for their patients or their own reputations.

Bait and switch practices. I was held in a cubicle, in serious pain, where I was HARD pressed to buy dentures or partials or something!! After being told they'd pull my tooth that day and then didn't., I was extremely let down. I sweated in this cubicle with a sales girl, hammering prices at me, so I'll buy. Then they set my extraction for a month later. NEVER AGAIN!! If you care about your mouth, health or a healthy experience at the dentist, DON'T even call them. I was told all lies. ZERO REVIEWS IF I COULD.

READ THE REVIEWS!! Total scam! Complete bait and switch tactics. They get you with a cheap intro exam and X-ray, but won't give you a price on something as simple as a basic cleaning, because they want to stick you with a hefty price tag!

Tried to schedule an appointment as a returning patient at three different locations, and 2/3 times my appointment was cancelled less than a day before with no notice. The third time they accidentally scheduled me as a new patient instead of returning, and as such had to cancel THAT appointment as well. Now the earliest they can see me is November 12th. After being screwed three times now I have to live with my tooth pain for 2 months before being seen and 3/3 times it was Aspen's fault. This business only cares about new pa... read more

So I am expected to show up 15 minutes early for my appointment but they have no expectation of honoring your appointment time. Also zero communication - just sit there

I would not recommend Aspen Dental. I sat down with them and got a detailed cost analysis on the work that was to be done on my mouth prior to having it completed in Oct 2023. I continued to use them through 2024. I had received a letter while I was going to them in 2024 that they had not properly billed my insurance for some of the work done in November and December in 2023. They are predatory, and the dentist was brutal. I read a few years ago that there was a class action lawsuit against them. They seem to be owned by a big bank, and there are branches all over the country. Many people have warned potential customers in reviews to NOT go to Aspen Dental! I agree!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR DENTAL WORK! The staff were all very kind and welcoming and did their best to make me feel comfortable. However, this is a TRAP! Aspen Dental is predatory. They will tell you that you need more work than necessary and do whatever they can to make you spend money. I was charged thousands of dollars and not told until after they treated me that my insurance would not cover some of the work they did.
