Worse Hotel I Have Ever Stayed At. We booked with Atlantica because the hotel room looked nice and spacious online. Upon entering the room it was the smallest room I've ever been in. We had the 1 bedroom suite. Sleeps 6. But can actually sleep 8. The room and bathroom were dirty. Everything was sticky. Stay away!! I was beyond disappointed with the Atlantica Resort and shocked it has a 3.2/5 score. Based on the photos, the hotel looked clean and nicely maintained with a great outdoor pool. In reality, the building is actually old and not well maintained. The pool is dirty and does not have very many tubes for the "lazy river," which ends up being used by kids to jump and splash since there is not a regular depth pool for them to use outside. We were never informed we were in different tower than inside pool, lazy river, and hot tubs, in separate tower, had just one elevator, had air conditioner problem that should have been known about before we got there, terrible sleep first night, and they shorted us linen for a bed, could not get until next day, got room cleaned only two times in 5 full days, had to get toilet paper three times, which required walking 50 yards to main tower, we knew property was older, however cleanliness in corners and under things nasty, t... read more

Do not stay here The hotel staff was not helpful at all during check in. Everything is very outdated and the hallways are dirty. Will not recommend or be back to this hotel.

Worst establishments for cleanliness, Cust Service Absolutely zero house keeping until the day before check out - had to go get towels etc ourselves, the room had not been cleaned previous to our check in, bathroom was filthy, balcony furniture non existent! I will never stay at this establishment nor will I ever recommend the establishment to others.

Horrible Cold room floors. No wash clothes and towels. Beds didn't have any sheets on them! The Elevator takes about 20 mins to work. Had to park across the street! Oh and room keys didn't work Throw up in the pool! Just a Hot Mess!!!
