Not worth my money Receptionist Lisa was very disrespectful, unhelpful, hotels.com gave me one rate and once I arrived to the hotel they had another rate (112 extra). I rented a penthouse where roaches (momma roach and baby roaches scattered all through the kitchen after I decided to cook. Room was designed nice but the critters and poor customer service threw it off. $312 for 2 nights wasted!!
I liked the locations of the hotel and the staff was really nice...The hotel was nothing like the pictures, i was very disappointed and disgusted of the conditions of the room..Ill never return to the hotel again.
Charged an additional $200 at check-in The Atlantica is using Hotels.com to lure in customers and at check in. They require an additional $200 on top of the price. Then the receptionist had the audacity to say its simply because hotels.com does not include all fees. Oh really!!! $200 more. And The Atlantica did not care enough about their customers to send an email before I arrived so I could make that a part of the budget for my family trip. The bathroom especially the toilet was dirty. The stove is in front of the bathroom. And the kitchenette appliances are so old. We definitely don't like the smell of the bedroom, it smells like there is a lot of enclosed humid in there. But we love to see the beach in front of us....
My room was dirty when we arrived. Food stuck to the table, old shoes left on the balcony, dead cockroach, a HUGE live cockroach, elevator was broke, hair dryer was broke, one room key worked out of 4, there were beads all over the floor I had to pick up because I have a toddler, tub drain didn’t work. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Hotel was clean women staff were very sweet male night staff night was not so great
Location was the ONLY thing that was positive. The room was dirty and we would get locked out of our room more then not. Workers not very pleasant at all, kind of rude. Would not stay there again!
