AUL has a great service support, Philip was able to help me almost right away, he made my day when he called me to confirm that they will proceed with my claim, I've just bought my mdx less than 6 month ago and one night it just die on me, it turns out it needs the engine replaced, is an expensive job and with all this madness going on right now I was really worry but I'm so glad I bought the extra warranty with AUL and will definitely recommend it to my friends and co workers.

Everyone is so nice and listens. I am glad I bought an AUL plan on my Silverado as things just happen when you least expect them to. Had no issues getting claims paid. It was like money in the bank and no wait for payments. The shop said you can leave now it's taken care and paid by AUL.
