AUL Corporation is a fraudulent extended warranty company, they're giving us the run around and telling us to find a shop (OWN OUR OWN). They don't have a list of shops to offer. A representative gave me a address to a home in my neighborhood and said the tow truck will be taking my truck to that location. I immediately asked, why are you sending my truck to someone's personal home down the street from my house. My husband and I have been screwed by ***. We bought a used car back in March of 2022. After a month something went wrong and we were able to get it fixed through the used car salesman. Since then, of course warranty with them expired but we did have warranty through AUL. We have since spent over $15,000 in repairs. I am getting nothing but the run around with AUL about getting my vehicle repaired, now being told to take my vehicle to a different repair shop about 100 miles away, I have filed a formal complaint against AUL with the ***************** of ********** Repair, this shouldn't be this difficult to use a warranty that I pay for!!!

The lack of communication with this company is beyond unacceptable. This is not a real company, but rather a scam and one that needs to be exposed as a possible ponzu scheme. They are selling fake contracts and then not honoring the commitment of the contract and essentially stealing money from thousands of consumers.

If I could put negative 10 stars I would! Stay far away! First they wanted the dealership to run a diagnostic for $**** and it might find the problem, but I'm responsible for the ****. Dealership wouldn't go any further because of this horrible company My car sat there for months. I bought a used 2014 GMC Sierra *** in october of 2022 from **************** GMC. I have had to have it towed in 3 different times already. The first time because ignition coil #3 went out, the second time it was coils #1,5. They made the repairs both times but the second time I didnt even make it back home and the check engine light came back on. Don't waste your money on this warranty program. This company will make any excuse to not fix your vehicle. I purchased a 2017 Dodge Charger, which came with rims and tinted windows. I paid cash for both car and plan. At the time of purchase, the dealership stated that the Powertrain Plus Plan would take care of anything that could go wrong with the car. This company is a fraud they charge you almost ***** for an extended Warenty and do nothing to fix nothing. I went to try and use my warranty and the denied me because of a problem with my motor. They told me because of sludge build up and it could be anything in the motor. They are forcing certain dealership to do business with them and knowing that certain things are not covered and the dealership loses out on money.
