A claim was submitted on behalf of my vehicle by an repair facility. AUL denied to claim stating that I only drove two miles since purchasing the warranty. I explained to them that I have use of my company's car so I don't have to use my vehicle daily. I was told that a blown engine gasket, which was the diagnostic, could happened in a matter of seconds. They never even call to give you any follow up information. Based on my experience it feels like a scam. They are absolutely quick to deny coverage and play semantics with words. Bearing is listed as covered parts in my contract and they have denied my coverage.... They do not respond to emails and most times you call they send you to voicemail and never response. I have had car warranty coverage many times in the past and if AUL is offered by the dealer every again I am declining and running away from there.SIMPLY DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. I purchased a 2015 **** Focus from *********** and was given this company as my extended warranty coverage. Seven months after buying the car the transmission failed and now AUL does not want to cover the repairs. I asked them to send me a copy of the contract that shows that the part that failed was not covered under my warranty and they would not do that. This is a sealed transmission and there is no way for me to go in and work on it myself or to add fluid to it. All the fluids were topped off when I purchased the vehicle... read more

Aul is the absolute worst company to deal with. My truck has been in the shop 7 days waiting for the adjuster to respond. I have called for days without any resolution. They are trying replace the parts with 3rd party parts. The customer service is no existent. I was told they do not speak to the consumer or the dealerships to try get resolution. So here I wait day 7 and still no response. Do not use this company.

Bought an extended warranty on a 2008 f150 from a dealer, with in 1 year of owning the truck the engine went 2 burnt valves, the company would not honor the warranty even though I have the Estate warranty, the job cost me **** for the replacement engine, if anyone is offered this warranty please refuse it as they don't cover ****, when I called the company to have the adjuster come out they never sent one I also had the shop that did the work call them, the warranty cost **** what a waste of money, I would never recommend th... read more

Had a covered part (disc brake caliper) come lose because of the bolt coming off and destorying the caliper and rim - this garbage company says the bolt isnt covered so an uncovered bolt caused the issue so it is not covered. Just a snake of a company - bought this car and warranty 3 weeks ago so from a business sense it is even dumber for them since now i am canceling 90% of the contract where instead of **** dollars they will be getting maybe 80 - when they just could have covered ******* dollar repair and still took a cha... read more

Horrible they dont give a c*** about their customer and will find any excuse not to honor you business and will tell you to *** or take us to court

I paid ******* for this warranty when I bought a 2014 Jeep less than two years ago. Been in for service 7 times. Warranty never cover's anything. I always have to pay out of pocket. I advice to never accept a warranty from this company. Also, when buying a vehicle, read the warranty and look them up on BBB, before you buy.

Purchased an AUL warranty on a used car. Have had several issues since purchasing the vehicle. The shop has tried to reach AUL on numerous occasions. AUL will take DAYS to get back to the shop. Often the shop will call and there will be 80 people ahead of them. I personally called - 30 people ahead of me requiring a wait time of a couple of hours.
