Thank you for taking care of my vehicle needs for for 5year and 100k miles.
I have an AUL contract on my 2014 ***** Volt. About 3 months after i purchased the car the navigation system started acting up. Took it to ***** and they quoted me almost $2000 to fix it. I gave them contract info and about 30min later they called back to advise that the claim was approved and the parts were on order! So far i am very pleased with my contract and am very glad i purchased it.
I have had several claims on my Lexus, and all have been covered but one. The one not covered was a belt, and the contract states that belts aren't covered. I have got my moneys worth, and will buy another contract on my next vehicle. I have recommended AUL to my family and friends.
