Absolute waste of money, unfortunately. Like others have said, AUL declined less than a $1k repair coverage for "rusted" ignition coils after paying $4-5k into top tier coverage for a car that we've only put 15k miles on after purchasing it in ********** and meticulously maintaining service schedules.

Rip off they certain parts are nit covered do to rust.Can someone please explain how everyday elements aren't supposed to rust. A customer can't stop or eliminate rust from happening to a vehicle. Complete money still I'm canceling this warranty.

i recently had a head gasket go out..and had to replace radiator..submit warranty to aul..They wont even respond..its a shame you buy a car..and a 3 year warranty .. And you think you are covered..WRONG..AUL wont even reply THIS IS A *****!!I went by a car lot in Conway ** ************ ..Had AUL..DISPLAY..Really pretty Display..i just chuckled and said..They not Going to do Any good for anybody ****** Pontiac Soltice ..my Wife's DREAM CAR..SUCKES..I just refaxed to them...see if i get a response...

I recently tried to use my warranty for a repair to the steering position module, lost communication, the module is bad.On my 2019 ****** Tacoma.Elec control modules are listed at the contract section 7 but they refuse to pay.I had to Pay from my pocket almost one thousand dollar for this repair plus I wasn't able to rent a car because the repair wasn't approved by ******* to **************** in ****** **.I was told when purchasing the warranty for $3,895.00 the warranty will cover everything bumper to bumper including diagn... read more

I recently contacted AUL in regards to a repair that my vehicle needed, which they sad is covered. I asked the representative a simple question: How long does it take for a claim and/or repair to be approved, once the repair facilty diagnoses the problem?I asked because the facility that I wish to use is very busy. I can't make an appointment just for them to say: "Yeah, this is what's wrong. We'll have to verify with the warranty company that they will cover the cost of this repair.", then, have to make another appointment ... read more

Bought a used vehicle and had a check engine light come on about a week later. I have been given 3 different reasons for denial and was told that an independent inspection had occurred. And the reasons given to me differ substantially from those given the authorized **** dealer conducting repairs. All completely false. Very unfortunate that I will need to waste time and energy getting them to pay for something that is clearly covered in the policy.

i got a claim approved for a customer and got parts delivered from aul sources and had an approved authorization to start tearing down the old engine and removing it. they call last minute and say the approval was declined due to no business license even though the customer has email proving it was ok to move forward and as well as me having mi llc registered they canceled last minute.very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with knowing that theres more work to get to and have to be delaying it due to phone calls with aul... read more

I was in a really bad accident with my vehicle and it was total out, so I went to the dealership Oct 27th to sign off so I could get my reimbursement and my gap insurance, it is now Nov 28th and I have yet to get a call from the dealership to pick up my check, I emailed AUL but no response back, than I called I was told my check was processed on Nov 2, but I still have yet to receive my check, I am starting to get a little un patience due to my better half is having surgery and will be out of work for a little while and this... read more
