I just want to thank AUL for such a seamless warranty repair on my vehicle. I had taken in my vehicle for servicing and had mentioned a few noises and such I'd notice and wanted them checked out. As a service writer for a small shop, I am impressed (100% skeptical before I called). The customer had 2 broken window regulator assemblies, about $200 each for factory ones, plus the labor. They approved and processed the claim quickly. When I filed the claim, from the time I faxed it over to the time of receiving a fax confirmation with the payment attached was about 1 hour or less. Really impressed with how well and quickly they processed the claim. The customer saved $602 today.

I paid for an extended warranty. I had a problem with my car. I called to make sure that the issue i had would be covered under my warranty. After waiting for over an hour for someone to answer the phone I was told that the repairs would be covered and I was given instructions. The mechanic tried reaching them multiple times and waited on hold for over an hour each time for someone to answer. He was never connected with anyone. I had to pay $2050 for my car to be fixed. We purchased a 2017 ****** sentra on June 6th 2023, with less than ******* miles on it. The dealer offered full coverage warranty for two years. After little over a month, the transmission broke down. The dealer would not return or answer calls, so we contacted the warranty company directly. They told us on several different recorded phone calls that they will cover it and to just take it to a repair shop. I have a 2014 ******* Equus and when I bought the car I paid a little over $3,000 for the bumper to bumper warranty. The air shocks went and I took it to the dealership and *** took care of the repair, but they used rebuilt and/or used parts instead of ******* OEM parts. 3 weeks after the repair the air shocks went out again and they're telling me they already covered it and won't be paying again. If I could give this NO stars I would!! I purchased my vehicle March 2023 and noticed a stutter upon acceleration so I contacted AUL. They gave me the name of certified mechanics and I contacted AAMCO. I dropped my car off on 31 May and I still dont have it. I found out that *** has already paid the claim and as far as they are concerned, they have no more to do with me or my vehicle.
