DO NOT purchase extended warranty from AUL. They will throw sunshine and rainbows at you until you have a problem. Then, they will not come through for you when you really need them to. I added on AUL with Priority Chevrolet for our 2013 Chevy Equinox that we purchased used with 40,000 miles on it in late summer of 2017. Please do not purchase this warranty. Warranty not worth purchasing. You are better off refinancing to get a better interest rate, than wasting your money. We bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado a year ago. At first we began to feel that the truck would have a hard time shifting gears, or it would feel like would skip, or it would take a few seconds to transition to reverse. I traded a 2002 Ford explorer for what I thought was a newer more reliable vehicle. I purchased a 2017 equinox and had it a year and 6 months. When I purchased the vehicle they added an extra warranty onto the vehicle. Ok great an piece of mind added on top of a more "reliable" vehicle. I figured I had nothing to worry about. Love my used car. So far no problems. But now my shocks need replacing. Good thing during my loan signing the nice man behind the desk scared me enough to purchase the warrenty. Selling notes were ..no deductible.. used cars have problems.. the electrical system alone would cost a ton... it's going to come in handy. And more one liners. don't buy this aul extended insurance they will do anything to not cover i pay $2700 for this insurance and when the transmission brakes they only said that i put 1000 miles over to my car so I pay aul for nothing...

Based on your statements you have traveled over the 36,000 miles and you contract is expired. If this is not accurate please give us a call to review.
This warranty company is awful, they don't want to pay for anything including things they say are covered. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Got the extended warranty on my jeep when I got it. Had some problems took in to find out what it was it's a 500$ repair the in broucher says they covered. Called to talk to them said they wont cover the costs. I've only had my jeep a month and put less than the 6000 miles on it.

Unfortunately that boot is specifically excluded from coverage in your contract. Under section 8 What is not covered, paragraph U reads "Mechanical breakdown caused by ruptured or damaged constant velocity boots". I had a warranty issue due to a miscommunication at dealership when I purchased my vehicle. As directed, I contacted the dealership and could NOT get a single response from anyone at the dealership. I have been ignored by the dealership for over a month now (multiple contacts and managers). I took my concerns direct to AUL and they were BEYOND helpful to get this ridiculous issue taken care of. This company is an absolute joke and should be embarrassed to even promote what they sell. I provided service records on everything and denied my claim. I am now coming out of pocket including the purchase of the warranty over 10k. They really need to be looked into as they are pretty much robbing people. I should have saved that money I spent on the joke of a warranty they sell. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. You're a very horrible crooked company.
