I normally don’t post reviews. However, this place is a joke! I have been interested in one of their vehicles for the past 3 weeks. I have waited for it to arrive on the lot. I texted back and forth with someone regarding this. I was told an out of state specialist was going to call me. And of course, no one ever called! The vehicle is gone!

Pretty sure the vehicle listed does not exist, as soon as they found out I was not interested in anything else they ghosted me. Still waiting for a reply on when this vehicle would be available for a drive.

Went to dealer for an appointment, called to let them know I was going to be late. Person that answered acted very unprofessional like they were on drugs and never left their name. Got to dealership, salesperson treated me like I didn't have the money to pay for car even though I had 3000 dollars cash in hand. Test drove car, there were issues with it, came back dropped off key and salesperson tries to argue with me via text message. I told them I definitely wanted to buy this car. The man wouldnât take my name. Said to keep calling back every day to check on it as it was in the shop. I emailed and said I definitely wanted it. Two days later they emailed me saying it was sold.

This place is a complete joke! Every vehicle we looked at said clean Carfax online but all had damage or accidents. The cars have not been detailed and many had cigarette burns and smoke smell yet they still charge the $500 fee. Financing is a scam, they doubled the quoted interest rate and refuse to take check for title so it is impossible to get your loan from your own bank. Complete SCAM!

This dealership ran my credit after I contacted them about an XT5. They did not contact me back on any occasion. I had to continuously contact them to get information. I was APPROVED for the vehicle, however they added 5,600 in fees which was unnecessary, and I had to have my fiance speak with them to even be told my interest rate or payment amount. Called and asked about any issues with this vehicle, as the price was rather low. Said no problems, it was a trade-in and had been on the lot for awhile, just wanted it gone. He was aware that I would be driving 2 hours (each direction), prepared to purchase if all was well. Received a quick response from the dealership only for them to tell me the car they were advertising could not be sold because they were waiting on parts for it and that they did not know when they would have the parts needed to sell it. Thought it was kind of inappropriate to advertise a car you have no intention of selling.

The dealer o talked to seemed very nice on the phone. Told him we really wanted this van but live 2 hours away. He said he would contact me or my husband. We never got a phone call and I got an email saying it sold a week after I talked to him. Very very upset and not impressed with customer service doing that to somebody.
