They did respond and wanted me to come test drive it . I told them I lived in Pittsburgh and I saw that delivery fee was included in the price of car . Got an email saying the car had not arrived on lot as of yet and yes delivery was included. Received email Saturday saying car was not available!
This was a super weird experience. I was contacted immediately, but when I wrote back with questions I got no response. When I arrived they assigned me a salesman, different than the person I had been talking to. They pulled up the car with a massive flat tire, no gas in it, and a broken seatbelt that tried to trap me in the car. What a waste of time!
Messaged the dealership regarding a car. Said they didn't have it on the lot yet. It now has been listed. Never contacted me. Per reviews this seems to be the norm. Do not want to purchase from this dealership.
I live 2 hours away from this dealer. I was preapproved for a loan with capital one and told them I wanted to buy an auto they had on the lot. I was told the finance department will process my order in the morning when they open. Also, They would hold the vehicle since I started the finance process. Staff were nice but vehicles were thrashed and extremely dirty. Viewed multiple vehicles and all were in very bad condition.
I told them I wanted the truck and They set up a time for me to come and look at it then they called back an hour later and canceled
Two thumbs down, the cars posted are not there or not running!
I drove 1 hour to test drive the car however the car was sold the night before.
I called to make contact and got the run around. So I thought maybe they were busy, so I go to look at the cars that they say were available and they were not even there! Please don’t post cars for sale if they are not ready to be sold! A waste of time and gas!
