I told them I wanted the truck and They set up a time for me to come and look at it then they called back an hour later and canceled
Two thumbs down, the cars posted are not there or not running!
I drove 1 hour to test drive the car however the car was sold the night before.
I called to make contact and got the run around. So I thought maybe they were busy, so I go to look at the cars that they say were available and they were not even there! Please don’t post cars for sale if they are not ready to be sold! A waste of time and gas!
This dealer throws a $495 paint and interior coating on top of the price of the vehicle. So expect to pay that much more for the vehicle. My daughter found a car that she liked on Saturday. My credit union is not open on Saturday so I told them I would bring them a check on Monday. I was told to call before I came to see if the vehicle was still there. I was told they do not hold vehicles. That is not very good business.
Dealer sold car before my “scheduled” appointment to test drive without making me aware there was another buyer. Horrible communication!
The vehicle that I had driven hours to see was damaged in a collision according to the dealer. They offered to show me other vehicles which were priced significantly higher instead. They then said that they would call me back after their repair shop had created an estimate, to let me know whether or not the vehicle would become available again, or if it would be sent to auction. Every time i contact them they suppose to call me back and they never do
Disappointed as I was told they would notify me when the car arrived and then only notification I received was after it was sold
