Very poor experience. Overall, poor service, subcontracted out to bad company, tried to scam me, tried to upcharge me, impossible to get a hold of. Use someone else. The "great" reputation Montway has is a lie. Details below. 1. These guys are just brokers. They will subcontract your pickup order to an actual company that will do all the work. 2. Ship my mustang back from Florida got home one week later, had it dropped off at our local Ford dealership they called me the car was covered with red mud. Very disappointed.

There is a whole lot of miscommunication here. I was originally told by the trucker that picked up my car it would arrive in 2 days (Friday). Then I receive a call the day my car is supposed to arrive from Montway that my car will not arrive until the following day between 10-12 noon (Saturday). Then Q.B. Transport Corp calls me a 9pm Friday and says my car is here and ready to be accepted. I was not in town yet and had already told the person I had scheduled to pick it up that is was arriving until Saturday so I had no way ... read more

Hello, we're sorry to hear of any confusion with the shipment timelines. Upon dispatch, we informed that the shipment had an estimated pickup date of 4/18 and was estimated to be delivered 4/30. Montway does not guarantee transit dates for standard service orders. Shipment times can change for a variety of reasons beyond anyone's control. The customer must be available on both ends of the shipment. And if unable to, must assign agents that are able to release and/or accept the vehicle in their place. They need to screen the transportation companies better they work with. terrible experience. Then keep sending me stupid emails for a week that I have explained multiple times about their carrier losing the keys to the vehicle. I put a claim in and that doesn't work. Had to pay a locksmith $62 to come open my gas tank since that was on the same keyring they lost which has an ignition key, doors key, and gas tank key.

Montway says they're better than other car shipping companies. But the truth is they're exactly the same. They have the same problem with overpromising and underdelivering as the other brokers in this industry. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars more than the price quote Montway gave me. It also took longer than they said it would. It isn't the fault of the sales rep or the truck driver. It's the way these companies operate. I have 5 cars being shipped from CA to FL. During transport truck caught on fire 2 cars total loss and the other 3 are stuck on the trailer in TX where it happened. They were supposed to be delivered on 1/29/21 and they are still not here! Its been almost 7 weeks. Montway has been no help in trying to get my cars to me. They should have contacted another carrier to arrange it. I am without multiple cars and a work van which is costing me money every day its not here. Do NOT let your car be shipped by this person. Upon the arrival of my car, I noticed my emergency brake was completely ripped and unable to function properly. I provided Montway all of the necessary photographic evidence and contacted them the day I received my vehicle. Montway denied my claim after an arduous 30 day period and now I am forced to go through my own insurance, and now I am stuck with a manual vehicle and no working emergency brake. So I went with Montway Auto Transport due to all the positive reviews. The prices was a little higher but the pick up date worked out great for me along with delivery. That ends my positive experience. After scheduling to have my vehicle picked up with Montway, they basically stopped assisting until I called and demanded they contact the dealership and provide the dealership all the shipping contact and other information need. first time i used them and last my car is promised every day and has still not shown up. Today the driver from Philadelphia his truck had a flat REALLY now delivery date is 3/5. It went from2/27 to 3/5. I HOPE THE CAR SHOES UP IN THE CONDITION I GAVE IT TO THEM ANOTHER REVIEW TO BE POSTED WOW !!!
