I filed a claim because my car was damaged during transport. Montway will only communicate with me via email and then they don’t respond. Trust me, if you have a problem with your vehicle while it was transported you will not get any help from Montway

My car was supposed to be picked up Wednesday Dec. 2 and delivered Dec. 5. No one came. I called Montway. They said the driver had an air brake problem. Why didn't anyone call me to tell me. I had to call them to find out. Then the driver couldn't pick the car up until Friday or Saturday and delivery would be the following Wed. or Thur. Not acceptable I said. I said cancel my order. The trucker I believe are on drugs, they took my bag of change out of my car. They didn't try to take care of the problem. I never will recommend the company.
Beware! Classic bait and switch business and I apologize for the long review. Online quote gives me a price for $699 for an enclosed trailer from Bellport, NY 11713 to Madison Heights, VA 24572 on 11/5/20 for my 2003 Corvette Z06. On 11/7/20, I receive a call from a Montway representative that they have identified a driver that will be tasked with pick up and delivery but there will be no enclosed trailer and the new quote is $999. My car was never scheduled for pick up and when I tried to cancel it, they said it was canceled but wouldn’t take it off the board. Very questionable tactics.

Very disappointing. Told delivery on Monday then Tuesday am, then Tuesday mid-day, then Tuesday 6-7 pm, then Tuesday 10:30-11:00 pm and they finally arrived at 12:45 am Wednesday morning - I ended up having to call in sick to work as I needed to be up by 5:30am to get to work on time. This was not a good experience. It also didn’t help that I could not reach anyone other than the drivers and they did not speak ANY English. Attempted to schedule a transport with Montway. They called me after several days to tell me they couldn't provide the closed transport I requested. I looked elsewhere and found a carrier. Days later I received a charge from Montway without them contacting me or requesting authorization! I contracted my way to ship two cars on enclosed carriers, both cars were picked up in pristine condition from a climate-controlled facility. When the cars were delivered 4 days later they were disgustingly dirty it had to be fully detailed. I contacted montway and was told the shipping company was within there rights and we're not responsible for the car's condition. I will never use my way again as they took the side of the shipper despite photographic evidence of the condition of the cars upon pickup and delivery
