WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN PERIOD...SHIPPING COMPANY DAMAGED THE BUMPER DURING TOW ...HAVE PROOF OF DAMAGES AND THEY REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE FAULT ,COMPANY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND ..DENIED CLAIM NOW I GOTTA COME OUT OF POCKET...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ..KEEP AWAY

If you are planning on shipping your vehicles with Montway DO NOT DO IT. I have shipped three vessels through Montway, two cars and a Harley Davidson Triglide trike. Shipping the cars was fairly uneventful other then the fact that the communications were subpar. It was very difficult to get any updates as to when my vehicles would arrive. When they finally did, the driver called me when he was 5 minutes away, not the 24-hour advance call or the 1 hour en route call as promised. I highly recommend you go with another company. The delivery experience was a nightmare, and a month later we still don't have all of our things. The delivery team left items on their truck and left. When we called about the missing items, they insisted we drive to THEM to pick up our things. My understanding of a delivery service is that they actually deliver the items and not ask you to go pick up your things for them.

**Hire Montway at your own risk. My order number is #959843. Montway transported my vehicle from NJ to GA, they delivered the car with a hood full of rock chips which can cost up to $8k to fix. The driver didn't pick up nor deliver the car on time, but I overlooked that. The Monday night when he was supposed to do the delivery, I had to call him around 10 PM when I didn't hear from him, that's when he informed me he would deliver the car the next day, Tuesday. I have shipment New York to Texas, I ordered 10 days ago, I’m waiting for a driver, sometimes happening take some times, I can understand, but 10 days? it’s OK but after 10 days they ask $400 dollars extra, we got a deal right?.. why you calling me LAST MINUTE? and ask $400? Is it fair??? It was last minute, customer waiting in Texas so I PAID! $2069 Than Do you know what happened? Driver didn’t show up. What do you think, do I have to give them 5* ???!!!

After confirming my booking I never heard from customer service again about how it all works. I called because the residential address I designated as my pickup location would be difficult to get a tractor trailer to. Montway agreed and said a customer service agent would be in touch with me once the driver had been selected. Terrible communication. Person of contact regarding delivery as well as delivery person speaks Russian and told me "no english". How am I supposed to figure out delivery if the person cannot speak English? I feel like this is the bare minimum that's required for communication and a smooth delivery.

Using Montway has been my biggest regret of buying a car. I booked through Montway on the recommendation of the dealership I bought my car through. My car was picked up by T&T Walker Trucking, LLC to be transported from California to Texas. My car was supposed to arrive on a Monday and did not arrive until the following Saturday (at 9:00 pm).
