Attempted to schedule a transport with Montway. They called me after several days to tell me they couldn't provide the closed transport I requested. I looked elsewhere and found a carrier. Days later I received a charge from Montway without them contacting me or requesting authorization! I contracted my way to ship two cars on enclosed carriers, both cars were picked up in pristine condition from a climate-controlled facility. When the cars were delivered 4 days later they were disgustingly dirty it had to be fully detailed. I contacted montway and was told the shipping company was within there rights and we're not responsible for the car's condition. I will never use my way again as they took the side of the shipper despite photographic evidence of the condition of the cars upon pickup and delivery

Montway picked up my car in California and delivered it to Maryland on time and at the exact price stated. I could not be happier with their service.

They change prices in last minute and take advantage of our situation.They say we are locking your price but eventually they end up hiking the prices.
Never use this company. I cancelled a reservation with another transport company because Montway promised me a guaranteed delivery date. They charged me a 50% premium for the guaranteed delivery and never showed up and never bother to call and let me know. When I called them they told me that they would take $75 a day off the delivery price for every day they were late but couldn't even provide a firm delivery date. The saleswoman that sold me the deal wouldn't even take my call. This company is horrible.
Do not use Montway Auto Transport! They gave me a quote of $1,119 which I accepted and gave them my credit card. When they call to say they could ship my truck, suddenly the price was $1,399, a 25% increase and higher than any other price from any other company. That's bait and switch, and they are dishonest scam artists.

The first match we got was an additional $200 on top of what we were quoted for a closed (we requested open) trailer on the first date of our window (the customer service rep told me it would most likely be a few days later). Four days later, we weren't matched with another driver in time and no one reached out to me to check in.
