I was asked by your text confirmation to arrive for my appt. at 5:15. I arrived at 5:09 but was not seen until 6:10 and I feel that was to long to be left sitting in the room waiting w/ no one giving an update.
Long wait times in room waiting on attending. No respect for REMOTE employees who are working through the day, and squeezing in a WEIGH IN and Lab Result review? Drive 20 minutes 1 way sit for 50 minutes, review for 10, drive home 20 minutes.

I do not like to get my blood drawn there b/c they use reg needle and I specifically say butterfly needle I have one good vein and they hurt me so next time I am walking OuT

Yesterday’s visit with my daughter was not a pleasant experience. I’ve always had great interactions at this office, which is why I’ve continued to come here. However, this visit was disappointing. When Dr. Charnell Trembeczki entered the room, it took her a couple of seconds to greet us. She sat down and focused on the laptop without saying much, creating an awkward silence. Sharing very negative feedback for both the Doctor approach for patient treatment and their Billing department attitude to the Client. We applied for a pediatrician visit to get treatment for our sick child - in our family he was the 4th person get sick, and all other family members had mycoplasma pneumonia. The patient had a temperature >100F and a cough, fatigue. They charged my doughtier in 1 visit $465 (after insurance $357) If the self pay charged less than insured person (What can we call that policy?)
