I when to see my primary doctor Alex after my car accident and this guy he’s joked. I have asked him to send me for imaging for my lower back and my left ankle and right ankle and saying that my insurance will not approve. But he said he will put in referral on Thursday and guess what my referral is not in and today is 9/3rd. Front desk staff is also don’t have any clue how to help patient. Please don’t go here because there flexible schedule there staff is not very helpful or smart including the doctors.

In 10+ years with the same insurance, I have never had to pay out of pocket for any medical expenses. I was forced to pay $150 as a "deposit" for my appointment before seeing the Doctor. "Deposit" implies that I would get the money back, but was told that this would just go towards my bill despite the fact that my insurance previously has covered 100% of my medical bills. You will have a hard time finding a practitioner who stays any period of time. It takes time to switch to another practitioner when they leave. They will NOT bridge your medications you have taken for years. You will be forced to cold turkey meds. They will push TMS (waste of money) and Spravato relentlessly. There are a lot of better practices in the area.

Was required to get a simple form filled for my daughter to have a dental procedure under anesthesia with another physician. She had had a physical at Avance Care within the past 12 months so there should have been no charge/issue with completing the form. Instead, the office made us come in , basically asked her how she was feelings then billed us $214 for filling out the simple form . Insurance covered $93, leaving us with a $121 out of pocket cost . AVOID this place- shady billing practices.

Avance required me to come in for a prescription refill, despite having requested a refill extension. I originally left Avance for similar stupidity, then my doctor merged w/Avance. It's ridiculous that someone has to take time off of work to go get a prescription refilled, despite having annual physicals and subsequent doctor visits. Useless, waste of my time. I just wanted some simple bloodwork/tests and they refused for no reason. I'll just pay a functional medicine doctor out of pocket to get the care I need. I knew this would happen and I asked them to listen and they refused.

Got in office 10 minutes only and called back ! To Exam room, where I spent Over 45 minutes with my caregiver.

Really don't like your centralized appointment system! Please stop using it! I want to speak directly to my doctor's office and I want to speak directly to my doctor's staff.
