My mom has been in the short term section here for 3 weeks and I have found the staff and team to be extremely supportive and eager to help my family. I do visit a lot. I think is helpful to develop a relationship with the caregivers who are looking after our loved ones. The entire team from registration to CNAs, PTs, RNs are all actively updating my family but more importantly, they are on the floor tending to patients. While the food is not hotel quality.... My mother has been there a month after having a major stroke. The care there is fantastic The surroundings are good but the people and support staff are 5 Star! Totally recommend this facility!!

No one wants to go from the hospital to rehab instead of directly home but sometimes it is simply needed. I was in the hospital for 4 weeks after 2 colon surgeries. My friend settled on Aviara and she couldn't have made a better choice. The rehab portion of the building has been upgraded and looks just fine. But the most important is the employees. Aviara took care of my grandma for months and kept her happy. Always a smile on grandmas face when I came to visit. Great healthcare facility with a great team. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends!

Aviara was a great team. They took care of my grandma for about 2 months. My understanding is a new management team took over so we were a little nervous. But we were told the rehab department was best-in-class and would help after her fall and they did not disappoint! Nader and Lisa were especially great. I'm very grateful to the team

Aviara has done a very good job with their staffing and care. My mother has been in many skilled nursing in the Bay Area and San Diego. Skilled nursing is a very challenging level of care. Aviara maneuvered thru the pandemic over and beyond. Brennan Boyack the administrator is doing an amazing job keeping the excellent staffing that has been working there for years as well as hiring new staffing that is also excellent!
