Setting up the appointment was confusing, but the was on Azova’s end. To many generic emails, so was confused on what I had done and what to do.
This saliva PCT test by AZOVA was handled very professionally and we would highly recommend it to anyone!
Easy to do and quick results so I could travel to Hawaii
This test was very easy to use and I got my results back in a little over 24 hours. The online video conference was easy as well. The only thing I did wrong was that when I calculated 72 hours ahead, I did not figure in the time change from FL to CA for my travel to Hawaii. Thankfully they let it slide. Whew!!
The actual process was fairly easy to follow, although there were a lot of different steps to go through. The main issue is in the travel time via UPS/Fedex. We had a weather delay with UPS and barely had the results in time for our travel. Not the fault of Azova, but definitely a consideration if you are under strict deadlines.
This service is excellent and the best way to test before Hawaii travel. The main thing is you need to read the instructions. I have used AZOVA 4 times now and have had no issues. We have received our results the day after we shipped them, every time.
If your traveling and arriving in Hawaii for instance on Tuesday or Wednesday there is NOT time to get results back
Easy to use. The results were back in time.
Other than it’s hard for girls to spit.... everything went very well!
