I was so nervous about the timing of everything for our flight to Hawaii. But everything went smoothly! The item arrived quickly and scheduling the Azova appointment was a breeze. Results came within 24hrs of mailing it to them. Highly recommend!
This is a very fast and cost effective user friendly way to get a PCR test without leaving home and at a time convenient for you. I had the result the day after taking the test. No nasal swabs involved. You take the saliva test in front of an observer on your phone or on a PC with a webcam.
The Test Kit was delivered with in two days and setting up the Video Observation was simple. Azova was really easy to work with as we had booked our appointment a two hours too early (not with in the 72 hours of flying) and they had us hop back on two hours later with out the stress of going back in and re-booking the appointment.

Quick and easy....we've used this test for travel to Hawaii twice. It's approved by the State of Hawaii Health Dept. We take it in the afternoon, get it to UPS overnight delivery, and we usually have results by 10pm the next night. The app provides updates every step of the way, so you know where your test is in the process.

It worked perfectly but you must follow the clear directions provuded. Overnite shipping is included to you and then back to the lab for testing. Set up your video appt after you receive the kit and fill out the online forms, ahead of time or the spots are all filled. Your reserved video visit time starts the 72 hr clock.
