Overall the experience was great. The instructions state each person needs an observation appointment when in reality everyone travelling in the same party can all do their test with a single observation appt (even if under different Azova accounts due to age). For our family of four that meant a single 10 minute session vs 4 sessioms scheduled over the course of an hour. Hopefully they'll clarify this during the online wizard.
So easy! A little intimidating with all the rules, but the virtual appointment was easy and everything ran like clockwork. Watch your timeliness though, make sure you're not too early!
We have used Azova twice in the past 6 months for travel to Hawaii and Carribean and they did not disappoint ( we have purchased 12 kits). Turn around time has always been 12 hours from the time they received the test kit for processing until we get the results with certificate. UPS delayed delivery due to electronic error on UPS side and one kit was not logged in properly but a few texts to customer service and Azova made sure we get the results with time to spare.
Communications were excellent, well timed and comprehensive. Kit arrived on time. Appointment went like clockwork. Results of test were on time
I was hesitant at first to use a self test kit and rely on UPS to get it to the lab, but I had a great experience with Azova. Their app is user friendly and very efficient. Would use again.
Remember the voucher will be emailed. Very important. Otherwise very easy to use.
They sent the test kit quickly. It was easy to schedule our observation and they even made sure that we didn’t do it too early. The results came back 24 hours later.
The Costco cost was high. The service from Azova was excellent.
