The test kit box was easy to open, the contents were easy to use, everything was sterile, and the return shipping information UPS needed from me (to send the kit to a lab for testing) was already printed on a sticker on the kit box
Sent right to my door. Easy to set up video call for the observation of test. They walk you through all the instructions. Test results were fast & had over 24 hrs prior to my departure.
It was fast. But, the people who watches you doing the saliva test felt rush and didn’t make feel comfortable. Lacked customer service!
The test was easier than I thought is was going to be. Results received back in time for my flight
read the fine print on using this for travel (ex which days it will come back in time for)- otherwise if you follow the instructions as they have given you, you will have no issues getting your results back in time
