Take a little bit of effort to set up individual accounts, but it’s a great service.
Azova goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes right. They helped me schedule my test so it was in the correct timeframe for my trip to Hawaii. Someone actually answers the phone and helps you in addition to their chat feature which has a quick response. They processed my test in 4 hours and provided me the correct certificate for Hawaii with the State seal. I was so impressed with their outstanding service. I would recommend them to everyone who needs a Covid test.

Setting up the appt can be a bit confusing, but overall great experience and most importantly, FAST turnaround in results for our trip to Hawaii.
Vendor needs better training for staff with regards to handling shipping delays. Since overnight UPS is paid for and guaranteed, slippage should provide some type of reimbursement. Especially when needed for travel.
