In short we bought 4 of these tests. The first 3 shipped and worked as expected. The 4th kit required 4 different calls to Azova customer service. First it didn’t ship (2 calls and nearly 2 hours of my life gone), then they had an issue with the lab order (1 more hour), then the results came back showing no video observation even though all 4 were done with the same observer watching (1 more hour). It worked. The customer service reps can't give you any estimates on timing though, you just have to hope it comes back in time
Instructions were somewhat confusing. Registration was clunky. Clearer instructions on handling of test prior to observation. Glad product was available because free testing required many hour wait.
So easy to complete for travel
Excellent and easy to use process
Video kept cutting out. No tracking info for incoming kit - would've saved us a lot of anxiety since our travel was super early Monday AM, and we were not sure if all the shipping back and forth will work out. But quick results once we sent the sample out Friday afternoon.
Arrived just a couple days after ordering. I scheduled a test observation time and date but the next day realized I needed to do it a little later just to be sure times aligned with Hawaii's time so I had to cancel the first appointment I made and rescheduled very easily. I had forgotten to register my test kit the day of the test but I did that right over the observation call. I was so scared I'd do something wrong but everything worked out just fine.
