App is a pain but easier than drug store or Dr office
The actual test taking is easy but everything leading up to it was pretty confusing. Having to create an azova account and schedule a time and navigate azova's system was very confusing. They do not have a streamlined system at all nor do they have good customer contact info. When I finally contacted Costco for help and got a costco direct phone line for azova to speak with it was better but it is still a very difficult phone app to navigate and if you did not have a smartphone you would not be able to use their product at a... read more
Keep in mind that it takes Azova 24 hours before they mail the test overnight UPS. Test comes packaged to return via UPS. You must schedule via Azova for physical observation via telephone of collecting the test sample and packaging the test. Must be shipped the same day as the sample collected. You cannot plan to fly to Hawaii on Tuesday’s or Wednesday’s because UPS is closed on Sundays. Best to order test and receive to test before you schedule your flight. Azova personnel are extremely helpful on phone support!!
My daughter has used this test several times since it has become available for her international travel. The test is fast and reliable for travel.
Purchased online for September 2021 Hawaii trip. Kit was delivered overnight coming and going, observation was easy to schedule, and had results the same day the lab received it (which gave me wiggle room before I needed results for the trip). Other reviews had me nervous, but I figured a lot of satisfied customers likely just weren't writing reviews. I was completely satisfied with my experience and would recommend.
Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. Ordered for travel to Hawaii but we’re not needed this trip as we are fully vaccinated. May need to use them in the future?
Very easy and convenient! Turn around time for results was fast. Great when you need a test for traveling
Really easy to use. Did a video observation for Hawaii. Dropped of the sample at UPS. We got notification the next day that the lab received our shipment. A few hours later we got our test results and the PDFs needed to upload to the Hawaii state website.
