I was extremely nervous about getting this kind of testing for our flight to Hawaii, especially after reading the negative reviews. But every other Trusted Travel partner was booked, so I didn't have much choice. simple and fast testing. We used it to get across the border into Canada and had NO trouble at the border
Quick turnaround on test and pretty easy to set up the video call, but the website is a pain in the butt to use. Not very user friendly.

Easy to do and was sent to us on time!
Order the test kits off Costco website. Set up an account on the Azova website once you receive your codes from Costco. Azova will ship your test kits over night if ordered by 10am. Azova will walk you through the rest. I ordered my test kit on Friday and received them by Saturday. Tested Monday morning and shipped them ASAP. Results were available next day.
My family of 4 used this for our vacation to Hawaii. We did the video observation with our kit on a Tuesday afternoon and had our results by Thursday AM in time for our flight Friday AM. I had seen reviews that others weren’t so lucky so we also had made appointments to get tests done Thursday PM in case we didn’t get these results in time or had a positive test. Easy process
Purchased these kits for our trip to Kauai. Our travel was on a Friday so they worked perfectly. Scheduled the video observation for Tuesday and went off with out a glitch. Because of all the negative reviews and horror stories we purchased two kits per traveler and ended up doing a test Tuesday and Wednesday.
