I needed this to meet the Hawaii Safe Travels negative test requirement. It worked out perfectly.
The test was super easy. The test showed up earlier than needed and was a very easy process
Got our tests easily and on time!
This was easy in hindsight. Order the tests early, schedule the observation within the 72 hour window before travel to Hawaii. We dropped it off at a UPS store on the same day and had the results the next day. The company that administers the test was helpful and responsive (we had four tests).

My family used this service for our trip to Hawaii. All four of our tests were processed very quickly, and we had results in a day. A word of advice, just make sure you are within the time frame that is required (i.e. 72 hours from last leg of flight in to Hawaii-current requirements), and make sure you are hydrated before you have to spit in to the tube. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
The kit arrived quickly, and had detailed instructions on how to use. I would order again if needed for other travel!!
Overall, I was a little bit concerned about the lack of clarity and coordination between the safe travels website for Hawaii and Azova. Do you have to do a little bit of digging into the website of each to make sure all is complete. You also have to do a little bit of exploring on the safe travels website to make sure all the data is entered.
