We ordered these tests for our trip to Oahu. We traveled on Memorial Day to Hawaii and were concerned that we would not receive our results in time. However we did! Excellent service, easy to use, and the processed our test on a Saturday. Highly recommend them if you are in an area where HI approved testing is not available.

We did the test successfully. The entire process is a little convoluted but that is not due to anything Costco did.
All in all it worked out for us on our Hawaii trip. I read reviews about shipping from West coast back east and weather but figured end of May we should be okay. Product arrived quickly. Observation went smoothly. Shipped on a Monday, went out that evening, UPS had a delay and arrived Wednesday afternoon. We were flying out at 09:50am on Thursday. Did the test at 9am Friday and took it to UPS right after. Got the results the next afternoon. Excellent service and easy to do.

Very easy to use! Honestly just order it and then schedule your appointment with azova. Then don’t do anything! We had a results two days later!
The video observation was very time consuming and difficult for a person who does not have an I phone or use one except for making phone calls.
