While I was worried that the results would not come back in time for my flight, they came back the very next day! I had plenty of time to register with Safe Travels and my trip to Kauai went without an issue.

This COVID test and process worked really well (almost perfect, except one small hiccup that costs us $240..more to come on that later.) We received the kits two days after purchasing online. The instructions are detailed, but pretty easy to follow to register the kit and schedule the video observation. This at-home covid 19 saliva test was perfect for my situation as I visited a remote location with no other testing options to reenter Hawaii. Certain aspects of the process were a bit technically challenging but the customer service team was fantastic. Results came the next day after sending test in.

I highly recommend this test especially with children. Worked perfectly for our trip to Hawaii. 1) I ordered the test from Costco.com 2 weeks before our Hawaii trip in the morning on a weekday. The test kits arrived the very next day in the late afternoon by UPS overnight. 2) We made an appointment for the COVID test with Azova a week in advance. My test took too long from the time I sent it off vis UPS as instructed and when the lab in GA received it. I did not receive my negative results before departure, therefore had to self-quarantine 10 days in Hawai'i anyway. Paid too much for all this.
