Efficient and secure.
My wife and I were traveling to Hawaii. Our test kit got delayed in shipping by 1 day due to a UPS problem. Azova customer support worked with us. The lab received our kit one day late and we had our results by 8pm the day before our travel.
Worked perfectly. Got our results in time to return home to Hawaii.

It worked great. The only issue I had was registering both myself and husband and getting the online part right. Other than that it was simple to do.
Going to Hawaii is a real pain right now due to the onerous COVID testing. Costco's test was the least expensive I found that complied with the state's requirements. Azova, the lab who did the testing, was great. The people are kind, patient and well-informed (they had me postpone a test that would have been done an hour too early and would have disqualified me at the airport). I had the results back in 30 hours and they emailed me every step of the way, making a stressful procedure much easier.
This was the only option available for our trip to Hawaii since we don't live in one of the gateway cities.
