The test process went just as it should. We mailed our tests off Thursday afternoon and had results back Friday night. The video call worked perfectly through the app and results uploaded directly to Hawaii’s safe travel site. Great option for someone that lives in a rural area like we do.

Was a little skeptical about purchasing this test as I read a lot of the mixed reviews. As others have stated before me, it is imperative that you CAREFULLY read the instructions to ensure that all goes smoothly. Product came quickly and video instruction for completing the swab was easy. Two of the results came back quickly. The third one was delayed due to a UPS delay, but the results came in time.

Great service! I was a little apprehensive after reading past reviews that I'd receive our results in time for our flight (on a Saturday afternoon), but everything was flawless. The test was easy to do at home. Instructions were clear. The customer service and communication was top notch. We received our results within 12 hours of receipt at the lab. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.

I bought 2 Azova test kits. The process for redeeming, registering and making appointments was a bit complicated. The testing procedure was very easy. Our appts were at 8:10 and 8:20 am, we logged on about 2 minutes til 8, we were in the "waitng room", Vernard answered very promptly.
