Very easy to use.
The instructions were pretty clear but you had to pay attention to all of the steps and there is a fair amount of blind faith involved. The customer support at Azova was amazing and we received our results in record time. We are about as far away from the testing site as you can be in the continental United States but the overnight delivery went without a hitch. Easy to use, used twice
Ordered kit as it was our only convenient option for travel to Hawaii. Azova was very good with communication and instructions were clear. My wife and I have results back within 29 hours of taking the test.
Easy and professional!!
The overall process was easy but very confusing! Maybe I’m special, but the poor Azova guy that got us three times and we were still not ready, was very very patient! We got our results quickly and everything worked out great!
