This all worked as described to qualify for our Hawaii flight.
Easy to use but the video call was a bit of a tech nightmare. Very buggy.
The process was stressful given time deadlines. The connection to take the test did not work well. I would have gave it a 2 but they were as accommodating as possible given the short comings.

I was leading a group of MBA students on a trip to Hawaii and we were late getting our COVID-19 tests set up. But it was easy to order the tests through Costco, and AZOVA's customer service was great: 9 of the 10 of us received our lab test kits within two days, we were all able to get video calls scheduled (and then rescheduled when we realized the 72-hour limit), and we all got our test results in time for our trip.
Everything was explained step by step and worked as expected. I also was super worried about the timelines being in Alaska with less than dependable UPS air service, but it worked great with their timelines and I got my results the same day it was received at the lab, the day before my flight.
Easy to do and results were up within 24 hours of lab receiving our samples. Was very anxious about this working out for our flight to hawaii but no issues at all.
People who gave this a negative review either didn't properly follow the instructions or did this during the winter when heavy storms were interrupting shipping routes. To travel to Hawaii, the closest accepted testing lab was an hour and a half drive away. Decided to try this rather than spending 3 hours driving in LA traffic.
