This test was a LOT of work and confusion. The website/portal was a complete mess, VERY difficult to navigate. Made no sense. Their customer service did respond and helped remedy some confusion. The people we talked with were very helpful and courteous. The test itself is not as stated. We travelled on a Friday to Kona, in the evening. The website stated that a test on Tuesday is best for travel on Friday. That was not the case. After reading many mixed reviews, I was nervous about buying this product. I'm so glad we did! Everything was fine! I have full confidence in this test and this company! As long as you read and understand all the steps you need to take to complete the test, you'll be fine! We took the Covid Azova Covid test 72 hours before our departure to Maui. Customer service was very helpful. Test results came well within the needed time. The only problem was downloading the results to the Hawaii app. Directions were not clear. Most people I spoke with had similar problems. Be sure to print up your results page with the Costco logo on top.

The test worked perfectly for me and my husband. We read the reviews carefully & followed others advice about registering our kit. Everything was easy if you follow the directions. We did send a message on the day we needed the test results just to make sure we would get them on that day & the results came shortly after we sent the message.
Could not have been easier and more efficient.
