The actual test went fine, but it should be made clear that there are no testing appointments on Sundays. If I would’ve known that I would not have bought the test, I ended up having to change my flight to fit into the 72 hr window. All said and done, the testing process and the turnaround on the results were easy and quick. But definitely a hassle not knowing about the lack of Sunday testing before purchase
Great product, great service, quick turn around. Took longer to ship than to get the results! And it all worked, made it to Hawaii with no issues.
Everything went well for our Covid video observation test for Hawaii. There is some confusion on the wording used to ‘register’ and ‘activate’ your test kits. Our process went like this: - we ordered our kits using the voucher 2 weeks before our flight. They arrived next day via overnight - you have to register an account at Azova for each adult separately - you can then schedule your video call date/time noting it must be within 72 hrs of the last leg of your last flight that leaves the mainland. This process was very smooth. Every step of the way adhered to the timeline. We had our test results a little over 24 hours from the time we shipped them off in the pre-paid UPS boxes, and a little less than 12 hours from when the tests were received for processing at the lab in Georgia.
The test kit was shipped very quickly. The testing proctor was extremely helpful and we received the test results less than 24 hours after shipment.

There are some negative reviews for this product that seem to be due to not following directions. If directions are correctly followed, this is a great product. Everything was scheduled promptly and correctly, sample was collected, and test results were returned very quickly. We had no issues with our travel to Hawaii.
