Made our trip to Hawaii very easy!
READ all the instructions carefully, know your timing windows well, all before you purchase and KNOW if you're testing at a good time (e.g., avoiding a busy season such as the holidays or if there is travel around spring break). I purchased this in preparation for an extremely last minute trip to visit family in Hawaii. The entire trip was riding on getting these results back in time and I was nervous so paid for the video session with a provider as well (the processing is faster but you don't have to go through with the video session). I got my results back within 48 hours which was perfect! Could not have been more pleased with how easy the entire process was as well, from opening the box to shipping it back out.
Worked great! Process was smooth and easy! Lab provided our results within 12 hours of receiving them. We received texts and updates throughout the process which was so helpful and reassuring.
I could not be more satisfied with this company. I literally got results within 30 hours of actually taking the test. I placed my test kit order Monday at 5pm, received the test Wednesday morning around 10am. I took the test Thursday at 3:50pm, took it to UPS by 5pm and got my results Friday at 10pm. My flight to Hawaii was Sunday and my results came in plenty of time. The actual test took less than 5 minutes and the instructor was so helpful. I cannot recommend this test enough! So satisfied and worth the money!
You can open the product before your appointment as you need to look up the numbers and register it! The nurse was most helpful and patient guiding our family through the process. You also need a phone or computer with a camera for the appointment.
I've purchased and used the Costco/Azova PCR test two times. I live in Hawaii and cannot return home from my travels without it, or else I have to quarantine at home for 14 days. The test arrived within a day of ordering it (2 days if receiving it in Hawaii). The technician was helpful and patient with the video observation and made certain that I was instructed in each step of the way. The results were back to me before I had to board my flight to Hawaii. I would definitely recommend using this kit for your travel needs.
This test worked perfectly for our trip to Hawaii, we called before we even ordered it to find out exactly when we should schedule the call and they double checked that date and time again before we completed the test. The package arrived to us overnight and back to the lab overnight and was completed the afternoon of arrival. I would definitely recommend this as a stress free way to take a COVID test for travel purposes.
