So some of the reviews are not good, but most seemed to be because of people trying to take test for a Sunday-Tuesday departure. The instructions are very specific as to when you can use this test and your travel dates to Hawaii. With that said our departure day was Friday AM, we scheduled test for Tuesday PM, connecting was a little confusing but it was quick, took test, mailed it same day, they received next day (Wed) results available on Wednesday night. Testing was smooth and right on time
Super easy to use, fast turnaround time on test results. Tested on Saturday morning for an early Tuesday AM flight. Test was delivered at 10 AM on Monday, had the results by 2 PM the same day.
Once the voucher was redeemed with Azova, everything was very smooth and we received results in 30 hours including ups shipping. It worked out great since no Hawaiian travel testing partners existed within 100miles.
Worked great. Got results in about 36 hours. Did test on a Friday morning for a Monday morning flight and got results to upload Saturday afternoon.
It arrived quickly, it was easy to make the appointment, and results were returned within 12 hours of being notified it had arrived at the lab. Took out the worry of finding somewhere to test.
Worked perfectly to meet Hawaii travel testing. We had the final results more than 24 hrs before we needed them. I would definitely utilize the service again.
It wasn’t bad. Be very careful when entering information into the Azova website. Once information is entered it cannot be corrected without spending a significant amount of time speaking with a customer service rep. Fortunately, the customer service reps are very nice and very helpful.
