The process was "bumpy". The order process was smooth and efficient with immediate confirmation and updates (order received, processed, shipped and tracking info). Details on how to schedule, take the test and shop to lab were good. I was in a time crunch since there was no appointment available 72 hours before my flight. Azova was very helpful and patient with my requests and did what they could to get the lab to process my test in time.
Very easy from start to finish. Had my results exactly 24 hours after dropping it off at the UPS store.
I was very nervous about trusting this service to make sure we had results in time for travel. They did not disappoint. Although it seems like there were a lot of steps, as long as we followed the steps we received our results in 30 hours - plenty of time to make our trip. The staff on the FaceTime calls were excellent - very courteous, helpful, and made the process simple.
You need computer skills
It worked for my trip to Hawaii But it was a little confusing for me with all the hoops and bells that I had to get through either with a Azova or the state of Hawaii Also one piece of advice is when you make your appointment to be tested with someone watching you make sure it is at the time of your flight departure time 72 hours in advance For instance my flight was due to leave at 9:15 on a Thursday I made an appointment to do my test on Monday at 9 o’clock and they wouldn’t do it and I had to call back at 9:15

Everything was good. Just a little bit difficult to coordinate appointments on the app. However, the company has a 24 Hour customer service and they helped us very well. The results came within 12 hours of receiving our kits in their lab.
