A little tricky navigation all the steps everything went well overall, results were returned much quicker than expected
So easy! Read the reviews for tips, i.e. don’t open the pkg before test, etc. the person I had for my appt with AZOVA walking me thru everything, communicating clearly and patiently! All I had to do was walk out the door to go to the UPS store, also telling me to hand it directly to a UPS employee in the store, not a drop box. I had my results within 36 hrs of taking the test. After UPS goofed and delayed my test by 24 hours, Azova stepped up and got my results in time for my flight. Customer service was too notch and the test easy to do.

The test was returned in a timely manner. The online interface was tough to navigate.

Decent product, bad instructions, quick turnaround. So, you buy it from Costco, but you get email from Azova. One of the emails say the product has been shipped, BUT it does not ship until you confirm and make an appointment through Azova. I suggest the app over their website. Follow instructions. You can add your kids to your account but not your spouse....they have to do their own. Good luck getting any customer service help from them as they hide their number pretty well. Was super convenient for our trip to Hawaii. We left on a Sunday so took our tests the Friday before, mailed it out that same day and got our results on Saturday. Very easy process as long as you follow the instructions.
