I purchased this after my parents, my father is a MD, got stuck on a 10 day quarantine at their hotel, and it worked perfectly and seamlessly for us. This COVID test was very helpful. We needed this test to travel back to Hawaii from California. We didn't have to leave the house until it came time to ship out the test. Nothing is going up your nose or down your throat. Plus it helps out that this test is cheaper than the rest. I mean $119 per test isn't necessarily cheap but compared to other costs you'll save a few bucks. The only tricky thing is timing your test to have your results back before your flight. very simple process from start to finish
From the moment we decided to go through Costco/Azova for our test to travel to Hawaii it has been a great experience. We went in to the store to get our test a couple weeks early (highly recommend) and the pharmacist was so great and walked me through the entire thing. Azova's website really explains everything you need to do. Both Costco and Azova asked when we were traveling because there are certain days of travel that will not work with that test. we’re still waiting for our results, But had to review our video call with Nick. He was fantastic! Knowledgeable, put us at ease and even had a sense of humor about the whole thing! Which we really needed. Just read everything and follow the guidelines and this was pretty smooth. Fast shipping and less saliva needed that I was expecting. Phew. Would order it this way again.
Test process was smooth. Results within 48 hours of test.
Setting up a time and instructions weren’t as clear as could have been. We were to set up individual appointments. But when I went online to do mine first they said oh your husband can do it with you. At that time she was doing both at same time it got confusing.
Even with a day delay due to weather getting to the lab, they got it done on same day. I made the trip to Hawaii and had a blast.
