It worked, and we got results in time. We waited 30 minutes past our appointment, and then struggled with the internet connection to the lab. The tech who observed us was a gem, though, and very helpful. We’d give him a 5.
This company has fantastic service. Their appointment availability is much better than trying to schedule with Walgreens. They are up front with the timing of the testing or travel and very helpful and informative. Their website says they only take appointments until 4 PM; however, they took our call at 5:00 on Friday and the person who watched us take our test said he has even helped people at 10:00 PM. Test was simple to do. Video worked well. Results received quickly as promised. Allowed for a hassle-free return to Hawaii amid Covid restrictions.
Easiest process EVER!!! The video appt was quick. Test results was guaranteed in 48 hours and happened! I’m using this again when we travel!
Worked great for Hawaii travel. Make the appointment early in the 36 hr. window and read all the instructions before the appointment.
Took video test Wednesday 9:15am or so following a 15-minute audio issue. They were able to observe the whole family rather than making us do separate appointments, which was a real time-saver. We got the tests mailed by 10:30am, and received results by Thursday evening. Worked very well for our Friday flight - even though we did free Walgreens as well, to be extra cautious and safe.
Used Costco/AZOVA for a trip to Hawaii. We had our observations scheduled on Tuesday morning. I logged on and shortly before the appointment the app tried to connect to the observer. For some reason I was connected but I didn't see or hear anyone else.
