Trust me... the system works for Costco members planning a trip to Hawaii. Following instructions exactly as written is the key. Azova providers and staff are extremely helpful, advise wisely and make appropriate recommendations as needed. We returned the test samples promptly via UPS, no problems whatsoever! We received the results in estimated time of 12 hours, without any delay on our trip! Awesome!

Worked great for our travel from Albuquerque to Lihue, Kauai. Received kit quickly, video session went smoothly, once Azova received our registered kits, the results were sent in the Azova app in about 10 hours. We were set for travel to Hawaii and very relieved.

Easy and painless. Took saliva test Monday morning, shipped kit out immediately. Results by Tuesday 7pm.
In the end, everything worked out. UPS “overnight” took two days due to the extreme cold weather. That increased the pucker factor. We found Azova’s instructions to conflict from one document to another,and the customer service rep who was to help assure that our pop up blocker was not blocking, failed to call us back as she said she would - more pucker factor. But, despite all, we made our flight - on-time.
