This Azova self-test process is convenient and for us was reliable. The staff at Azova were very helpful and knowledgeable about the Hawaii travel requirements/restrictions and assisted with process/system limitations. Our original flight was departing at 6:30pm which doesn't work for this type of test due to the 72hr or less submission limitation. UPS drop off deadline is 5:30pm which makes it impossible to take a self-test on/after 6:30pm and get the sample to UPS in time for the 5:30pm drop off deadline. Azova also doesn... read more
The observation video went well and quicker than I thought. I had read many reviews with tips ahead of time for scheduling, etc and that was a big help.

This product is quick and painless. I used it to return to Bermuda from the US. The video monitoring process was professional but friendly.
Even with the storm delaying tests in Louisville by one day I still got my 8 test results back in time to fly. I sent it from Oregon.
Worked well for us. Ordered the tests about 6 weeks before our trip to Hawaii. Took the test at 1pm on a Wednesday and brought the kits to the UPS store before 6pm. We were notified that the test kits arrived about mid day Thursday and we had our results by Thursday night, then boarded our flight to Hawaii on Saturday morning.
