Was leaving for Hawaii on a Saturday. Did lots of research and felt confident I could follow the directions in the correct order to successfully qualify for the quarantine exemption in time for the flight by going with this test. I was nervous to go this route after reading reviews, but it seems that the bugs have been worked out and the process is working. Lots of hoops to jump through, especially with travel to Hawaii, but if you read and follow the directions, it all goes well. The gentleman who helped us with our video conference was very helpful and concise. Our specimens were delayed in shipping via UPS (due to weather) so there was a very short window of time to get our results in time to fly. It’s easy, super simple, self explanatory and perfect for kids.
A little challenging, waiting, to get on the video/observation, but all went smoothly once in and results came about 12 hours after sample was delivered to test facility.
Very fast! Got the results 11hours after the lab received my sample. No stress. No shopping around for a test site that will deliver results in time. So convenient.
