The test results arrived on time to meet the 72 hour requirement to fly from Dallas to Hawaii. However, we could not use it for flying between Hawaii Islands because UPS does not offer next day shipping to GA.
This test was absolutely wonderful our whole family used to go to Oahu, Hawaii and it works seamlessly. I highly recommend it .
I used Vault in my November trip to Hawaii, stressful due to shipping stress. Costco / Azova let me register, then pick up the kit in my local Costco & then schedule the test, dramatically less stress this time, plus Nick was GREAT and patient with me.
Very simple to use, clear instructions, competent person on the video, got my results in less than 72 hours.
Our family order these tests. We are located in MT. Some of our tests were sent to Denver, CO and others to Savannah, GA. Needless to say the Denver tests came through quickly but we did not get the GA test in time for our flight .(received results 2 hours after a 4 PM flight to HI) Horrible inconvenience and stressful. They obviously just throw a return label in the box without looking at locations. The process was easy and the observer was extremely nice and helpful though. Started out really well.

Efficient test for travel; great customer service. We bought this for our trip to Hawaii. Ordered it, came in the mail the next day, created an account immediately (for each traveler); scheduled an appointment within 72h (you need to be supervised for the travel one).
