Had a little trouble with the app for the video observation, but got that ironed out and the rest was easy.
A little nerve-wracking waiting for result - just like travel these days. Kit and process are super easy and they deliver results like they claim - ours in 12 hours after lab got kit. A little complicated setting up, video monitoring, and shipping, but everything went smooth with processing and upload to HI. Great Job & Huge Thanks.

After reading some reviews I was really nervous, but I followed all directions and made sure to follow the time table, and got my results with time to spare. Video observer was casual and relaxed.

There were many mixed reviews about this test, but we went ahead and ordered it anyway. So glad we did! We ordered two a week before our trip to Maui and they arrived within two days. We followed each step to the letter, had our video observation on Tuesday then mailed the boxes same day. We shipped them from our home in Idaho and they arrived in Georgia the next morning.
