Simple to use with excellent instructions
The kit arrived quickly, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. When taking the test the observer was nice and helps ease you through the process. I had my results within 12 hours of the lab receiving my sample.
It worked great for 3 of us, but for some reason my wife’s was delayed (sent in the exact same time.) Her results came a couple of hours too late despite many efforts to get help, so she missed our trip. SUPER stressful. I would trust it if tests could be sent to lab on day 1 of the 72 hour window but because our flight left at 5:30pm, we couldn’t schedule the video observation until the next morning. Received the test quickly, helpful company people made the zoom appointment fast and easy and received results within 24 hours of test reaching lab, which all happened on schedule and even ahead of expectations.
We were grateful for the option to take a test in our own home. The test arrived quickly and the process was smooth.
