I bought this kit for an upcoming trip to Hawaii and was pleasantly surprised with the process and it was so easy.
I read lots of reviews here and worried about the logistics enough to make a backup plan, but everything went quite smoothly. I ordered the kit early, and it did ship the next day and arrive the second day thereafter. I logged in online early just to set up my file and make my appointment, and had plenty of times to choose from.
