Test kit arrived next day if you order in the morning. After taking the test and mailing it the same day, the result came in next day in the evening. Very fast turn around time.
Worked well for both myself and spouse. Cost should be lower. Would do it again
You will get an email voucher from Azova. You must activate that to have the test shipped. I was confused and thought the email from Costco saying my item had shipped meant they were on the way. Read the whole email...it all worked out seamlessly after that.

The Covid test was easy, and we got our results back in plenty of time for our trip to Hawaii. I would recommend using COSTCO for your test if you are going to Hawaii.
It is fast, easy, and the results came back in less than 36 hours. The young man who helped me with the video call was excellent. This result could not have been better and it was easy to upload the information once I received it.
Super easy Covid Testing. The results were timely and made our travel to Hawaii possible.
Setting up appt was easy, actual video appt was easy, taking pre-labeled box with overnight shipping to UPS was convenient.....But then....UPS tracking was horrible, UPS customer service horrible...took 3 1/2 days to arrive to lab...then lab tests took another 8-10 hrs. Azova actually responded to our inquiries....but once they got the box it was too late and we had to cancel our Hawaii trip!!
The actual test itself was easy and so was the video observation portion, but it was expensive and the initial instructions made it sound more complicated than it was.
