Initially I was worried about using this test for travel to Hawaii given the bad reviews. Do not worry! As long as you order in advance (I did 2 weeks prior to departure) and follow the instructions (which are VERY clear) it works seamlessly. Create your profile, set up your appointment, and upload your driver's license as soon as you get your code. Don't even have to wait for the kit. I was nervous about risking our trip on the mail-in kit, but it was our only option due to our location. Everything worked beautifully - kit took 3 days to get to us, the video-observed collection was straightforward, and we got our results 29 hours after dropping our sample at UPS (arrived at the lab 17 hours after dropping off, and results complete within 12 hours of drop). No complaints - very happy with the service.
A few steps after ordering online from Costco to set up kit delivery and video appointment testing date, but emails with instructions were sent out before each steps. Azova app easy to download and maneuver through for appointment set up. Tested on Wednesday and sent out sample with UPS as instructioned that afternoon. Results back by Friday evening via email and Azova app. Was able to upload all information to Travel Hawaii website without problems. And print a hard copy. Overall a very good service. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because, despite us dropping off our tests at UPS well before the end of day cutoff, our tests took 2 days to arrive at Azova lab. As we did these tests for travel to Hawaii, this made the timeline for us getting our test results very tight and certainly added some extra stress.
